Pawz N Clawz is a fully licensed and fully insured business that focuses on providing a clean and stress free environment built on trust, honesty, love and affection. We want your best fur-friends to relax and gain peace of mind in a safe and secured facility with dedicated indoor rooms for rest and outdoor fenced-in play spots for a more social experience.

Our team works hard to create a client-centric and positive atmosphere built on trust and happiness. We treat every animal with the love and care we would if they were our own. We want to address any concerns or needs you may have to make your pets stay as comfortable as possible for both of you. We are always on time, ready and waiting, for customers and try our best to offer flexibility with drop off and pickup times.

Trish Wilcox

Business Owner, Husky Breeder & Mother of Two

Trish has always had a passion for pets and it has been a lifelong dream to build a kennel. It all began working in a pharmacy setting at the age of 16, which lead her on the path to a career of caring for pets. After 15 years working in pharmacy as a Registered Pharmacy Technician, she decided to focus her passion of caring for pets in a different way. After years of researching, planning, dreaming and looking for the right property, she opened up her dream kennel Pawz N’ Clawz Boarding Inc. in July 2016 in DUTTON, ON. Since 2005 when Trish purchased her 2 foundation huskies she became the breeder/OWNER of Sierra’s Hope Siberian’s Reg’d which she now has many beautiful champion show dogs. Any puppies that were sold to new owners she always offered to take care of them when they went away on vacation and this is where the boarding began.

Trish understands that boarding your pet can be stressful for both parent and pet and is dedicated to providing the best care possible for her furry guests during their stay at Pawz N’ Clawz Boarding and make them feel like they are right at home and help keep the customers mind at ease.

Trish and Luke also share their home with 2 young boys Ryder & Walker who she hopes will take over the business one day and, dogs Tesla, Nala, Timber, Silo & Dixie, 2 cats Bitsen & Boomer, 3 goats Hershey, Jinx, & Fram and 2 donkeys Candy & Django. In her spare time Trish enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, dog shows, dog sledding, shopping, off road sports and watching movies.
